Responsibilities:

• Carry out follow-up tasks connected to unfair claims practices, such as calling beneficiaries who haven’t filed a claim or provided documentation to make contact.

• Follow up on unmet requirements for claim documentation, help with pre-escheat work for unclaimed property, collaborate with fixed and variable claims processing teams for more difficult cases and resolutions, and approach legal and management with instances that need escalated review or analysis.

• Apply expertise and adhere to accepted processes and standards when responding to, validating, and/or approving a variety of complicated customer care requests and inquiries for all client groups, including top customers.

• Analyze, investigate, identify issues, and suggest solutions for unusual consumer concerns. as necessary, escalates to the next level.

• Serve as a resource for the designated region and mentor other team members.

• Organize team and department initiatives and provide assistance. Take part in specialized assignments as needed to satisfy corporate requirements.
