Responsibilities:

• Use internal tools and procedures to monitor the status of purchase requisitions to purchase orders.
  Oversee, evaluate, and settle purchase orders both inside and outside.
• Coordinate purchase order modifications and clearances with suppliers and sourcing
• Monitoring and coordinating the issuance and cancellation of purchase orders; keeping track of reoccurring problems that occur during the purchase request to purchase order development process; and proactively suggesting fixes to enhance the procedure
• Report on the metrics and performance related to the purchase order and purchase requisition procedures.
• Good interactions and communication with internal teams

Requirements:

PRIMARY QUALIFCATIONS

• Four or more years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree, or a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a similar discipline and related experience
• At least two years of experience in a position comparable to order management, procurement, category management, or business analytics.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, encompassing Word and Excel for at least two years

DESIDERED SPECIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and data presentation abilities, including the capacity to interact with technical and business teams in an efficient manner.
• Capacity to handle ambiguity and conflicting goals in a hectic setting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially with Tableau, SQL, and analytical tools like Excel.
• Strong financial sense;-Ability to extract meaning from data and effectively convey it to top management and stakeholders as needed;-Excellent organizational abilities, including the capacity to set priorities, schedule tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
