We need someone who is able to:
- Work together with internal clients to comprehend and carry out the objectives and schedules for each project.
- Make sure that external vendors and support staff are aware of and understand your expectations.
- Assist vendors to produce high-quality data on schedule, under budget, and in accordance with our standards.
- the capacity to work on and supervise the work of others simultaneously across various initiatives, especially those that are transnational.
- Consistently undertake performance-based optimization tasks, such as modifying targeting, budgets and bids, and soft criteria when necessary.
- Being at ease using and assisting others with tools like Zendesk, Zoom, Slack, and Box as well as serving as a Subject Matter Expert for in-house built platforms and technologies.
- Contribute to efforts to enhance operational performance by seeing problems and recurring trends, and by creating SOPs for brand-new and evolving jobs.
- supports our PST operating demands and calls for coverage on the weekends and in the evenings.
- Create and instruct team members
- Manage incoming tasks across all company verticals by allocating and prioritizing them.
- Supports escalation for numerous significant projects, collaborates with other stakeholders, including but not limited to client services, research, product, and technology teams, and works with them.
- Address performance and process concerns; give suggestions and order them according to the urgency and potential impact on the client.
- Ability to work collaboratively with business, IT leaders, and other subject matter experts to comprehend technological needs and strategic objectives.
- In order to outline potential tradeoffs and find solutions to business problems, one needs an analytical attitude.
It would be beneficial if you had:
- a minimum of five years’ experience in quantitative operations
- Experience with a variety of sampling approaches, including balanced clicks/market-sizing studies. Experience with quantitative monitoring studies and ensuring suppliers are functioning effectively.
- Utilization of the Decipher research platform
- being able to communicate with all MarketCast personnel, including those at all levels and external vendors
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, pay close attention to detail, and be able to multitask. You should also be able to operate both individually and in a group.
- Possess the ability to operate in a fast-paced setting with short turnaround times.
- Be enthused and full of life, with excellent social skills.
- Be able to time-shift easily to handle several, simultaneous worldwide projects.
