This is an exciting opportunity for a National Remote Client Support Representative to join a diverse team and make a meaningful difference in patients, hospitals, and insurance companies.
As a National Remote Client Support Representative, you will work from home, providing assistance to clients in developing, maintaining, and growing their accounts. You will create favorable relationships with clients, provide knowledge of the service, and make recommendations. The ideal candidate must possess the ability to support and triage service-related issues, troubleshoot client account issues, and work closely with other team members or departments to resolve customer issues. You will help monitor and process any special production requests sent in from clients via phone, CRM, or email. You must be able to work any of the 8-hour shift schedules during normal business hours of 7:00 am – 6:00 pm CST.
Responsibilities
– Assist in development, maintenance, and growth of accounts by creating a favorable relationship with the client
– Knowledge of service and tools is multi-faceted, complex and often situational per client; the candidate is expected to continually layer knowledge of the service
– Ensure data integrity and production readiness of the client’s account through daily, weekly, or regularly scheduled tasks and data reviews as required by the established workflow
– Help troubleshoot client account issues and work closely with other team members or departments as needed for resolution
– Attend and participate in IRC advocating for client issues and product support
– Participate in clients regularly scheduled account review calls
– Execute the necessary tasks to complete set-up for the client
Qualifications
– High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
– 3+ years of Healthcare Customer Service experience and/or 1+ year of Pharmacy Accounts Receivable experience
– Experienced use of Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, and Functions
– Ability to work any 8-hour shift between 7:00 am – 6:00 pm CST

Qualifications
– Working knowledge of pharmacy and operational concepts including third-party adjudication, billing, and receivable processes
– CPhT or state registered pharmacy technician
– Proficiency knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft OneNote, and Microsoft PowerPoint
Salary Range is $16.00 – $27.00 USD Hourly.

If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Washington, or Rhode Island, the salary range is $16.00 – $27.31. The pay is based on several factors such as education, work experience, certifications, etc.
