  • Enhance and take ownership of the blog content creation process from idea to published article (including brainstorming, scheduling, execution, and editing)
  • To fully realize the value of the material, involve key partners across the enterprise.
  • Improve and take ownership of the content generation process from idea to published article by expanding the list of internal and external authors to assure the blog’s future growth. Manage scheduling, execution, and editing for blog material.
  • help with the creation of content for Lifeway Women’s social media outlets.
  • Manage an online community of Bible study participants, including the creation of each study, comment moderation, and interaction
  • Organize MARKED podcast interviews, including scheduling, creating interview questions, and editing
  • Create routine reports, analyses, and insights to aid in the creation of strategic content.
  • Weekly newsletter management
  • contribute to the marketing plan as needed based on the needs of the team


  • Minimum Level of Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study, such as marketing, business, or communications 3 to 5 years’ experience in project management or coordination
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in social media, PR, or both
  • 1-2 years of experience producing content for YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and Instagram (strongly preferred)
  • WordPress expertise of 1-2 years in commercial and/or church settings (preferred)

Other abilities and knowledge
