Position Description:

As part of this role, the ABM Campaign Manager will collaborate closely with sales teams, regional marketing teams, and demand generation functions to develop an account-centric, demand-driving program mix. The ideal candidate will have experience launching cutting-edge ABM technologies and strategies to effectively engage enterprise accounts, generate pipeline, and move them along the buyer’s journey.

Duties and Accountabilities:

  • Understand the enterprise account buyers’ pain points, demographics, and purchasing behavior.
  • Define ABM strategy and implementation plans, including multiple ABM technologies and tools.
  • Partner with regional marketing and sales teams to develop a high-touch marketing strategy with the objective of generating and accelerating Enterprise account pipeline.
  • To ensure effective execution, collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams on campaign concept, content requirements, buyer’s journey development, and digital marketing execution.
  • Determine and manage program budgets
  • Monitor the success of programs by analyzing data and optimizing activities based on data-driven findings.

Qualifications

  • Experience demonstrating work in B2B technology marketing
  • Proven track record of leading profitable global ABM campaigns
  • Strong leadership and communication skills necessary for fostering consensus and articulating program recommendations to senior executives.
  • Possess a balance of strategic thinking, project management, execution, and analytic abilities in order to manage cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
  • Required Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. (Education and experience will be considered in tandem)
  • Proven experience in marketing management for a Business-to-Business (B2B) technology provider.
  • Experience with cloud and hybrid software is highly desirable.
  • Experience leading teams and achieving significant results through others.
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent tasks while meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment with a never-ending work ethic.
  • Extensive expertise in all facets of marketing, including events, media & PR, digital marketing, outbound marketing, marketing strategy, content development, and creative design.
