Position Description:

In order to generate high-quality leads and increase the pipeline across all market sectors, you will collaborate with our internal stakeholders to develop and manage global content syndication campaigns and email initiatives. You’ll establish a culture of constant testing and learning, mining campaign performance data to fuel improved campaign performance.

How You’ll Act:

• Plan and oversee content syndication campaigns with numerous providers; improve asset selection; and provide KPI reports for the entire funnel.
• Within Marketo, create fresh email nurturing programs and track those that already exist. In order to establish content strategy and messaging, collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing teams.
• Create email campaigns, such as monthly newsletters, newsletters for the Spring database, and, if necessary, emails promoting events and assets.
• assistance with campaign creation for Marketo and Salesforce (especially for Ads, CS, and website assets).
• Work together with marketing operations to make sure that the email deployment’s various components are well-optimized and launched.
• Report on the effectiveness and optimization of campaigns and programs through analysis.
• liaise with the finance team to support quarterly billing, open POs, and budget management for the team.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including ownership, development, and optimization of nurture programs using marketing automation software.
• Experience in intermediate to advanced email marketing, with a knack for picking up new technology, goods, and systems rapidly.
• working knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo.
• Strong analytical abilities—able to process vast volumes of data, spot relevant trends, pose the most crucial questions, and act.
• The capacity to manage various activities, lead projects to success, secure support from stakeholders, and prioritize work to meet objectives
• Managing Drift Email / Chat experience is a plus
• Self-starter, dependable team member with a lot of initiative and the capacity to thrive in a demanding setting.
