Position Description:

The Portfolio Marketing Manager is in charge of developing and implementing marketing messaging and value propositions that are optimized for the region’s market dynamics, as well as utilizing new content approaches across various platforms to deliver unique marketing strategies for the CyberKnife and Radixact Treatment Delivery systems, as well as our Service and Solutions platforms, with the goal of driving growth, increasing market share, awareness, and profitability.

Important Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Create messaging and value propositions for the CyberKnife and Radixact systems, as well as our Service and Solutions platforms, based on product and customer segment.
  • Produce marketing assets and engaging content that represent product value propositions and messaging; fit with Accuray portfolio positioning and branding.
  • Create, implement, and optimize short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to increase demand generation, sales pipeline, and business growth.
  • Global collaterals should be localized/regionalized.
  • Lead and implement a regional marketing strategy for Customer Experience/Journey, including marketing, commercialization, and communication initiatives.
  • Support and interact with the Sales, Marketing Operations, and Marketing Communications functions on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate across departments to create high-impact marketing strategies.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar as well as schedule deadlines.
  • From start to finish, manage and supervise marketing projects.


  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or marketing communications is required.
  • The term “electronic” refers to the process of converting an electronic device into a physical device.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to engage individuals and demonstrate organizational impact through influence skills
  • Ability to give information to groups with the proper level of formality; effective presentation abilities
  • Knowledge of the importance and necessity of collaboration; ability to function well as a member of a team
