Position Description:

For the next phase of our ambitious growth and transformation, we are seeking a strong Senior Director, Revenue Marketing leader with a track record of generating demand and building a solid pipeline. The position calls for extensive experience in field and account-based marketing, creating strong sales connections, and working with partners on combined go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement integrated campaigns with high return on investment, such as ABM, partner co-marketing, field marketing programs, and events, among others, for pipeline creation.
• Create strong cross-functional connections with important stakeholders to promote lead generation and prospecting of high quality, to increase conversion, and to enhance workflows and procedures.
• Work with revenue operations to report on marketing effectiveness and create strategies for learning from trials so that you can keep getting better.
• Work with sales leadership and sales enablement to align on initiatives, messages, and activities that are driven by the external field.
• collaborate closely with the content and creative development teams of the campaign’s internal and external supporters.
• To establish alignment, communicate frequently and effectively with the leadership and important stakeholders. To communicate performance trends, publish regular program measurements.

Your belongings:

• 5+ years of team building and management
• Partner marketing initiatives and events with experience
• Successful account-based marketing background
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly when creating communications that inspire prospects to engage and act
