Position Description:

We’re searching for a Director of Customer Marketing to join our team so they can help us improve share of wallet, promote product usage and adoption, and foster brand loyalty and affinity. For the whole customer journey, you will work directly with product, product marketing, sales, and account management to drive growth!

Specifically, you’ll:

  • Employ and manage a small but mighty customer marketing team, and see to it that they advance and prosper within the marketing department.
  • A/B testing, content, campaigns, localization, reporting, and optimization are all part of the owner’s end-to-end strategy for global retention and growth campaigns across channels (such as in-product, email, etc.), with the goal of boosting activation, engagement, adoption, and retention.
  • Create a comprehensive understanding of how clients discover Hotel Engine’s features and offerings, keep up with new developments, and comprehend how to use Hotel Engine to fulfill their travel requirements.
  • To drive the strategy, gather business requirements, and make sure we deliver effective experiences that create revenue, we must drive alignment with marketing and cross-functional partners across Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales, Account Management, BI, and others.
  • To synchronize messaging, content, and sales pitches and to comprehend pertinent solutions and use cases that feed into customer campaigns, work with our Product Marketing and Campaign team.
  • Building orchestrated campaigns to engage our current managed and unmanaged user accounts requires collaboration between the sales and account management teams.
  • Create effective A/B testing strategies that direct campaign optimization, and continuously strengthen the framework for user growth by creating repeatable, scalable procedures and frameworks.
  • To evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and tactics for boosting product adoption and share of wallet, establish a strict framework for performance reporting for all consumer campaigns and activities.
  • Inform senior management across the organization on a frequent basis about the performance and successes of your programs.

What we’re searching for is as follows:

  • 10–12+ years of experience in a comparable position with a fast-growing company
  • four to six plus years of managing experience
  • Successfully developed and carried out customer campaigns that satisfy funnel metrics and KPIs for both new and existing clients.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce as well as marketing automation platforms like Marketo/Hubspot, and product communication systems like SendGrid or Courier. Deep awareness of lifecycle marketing, persona marketing, performance marketing, and email marketing methods and technologies.
  • the capacity to organize work efforts and deal with change
  • Being able to work autonomously, identify opportunities, and take initiative in offering solutions
  • strong organizational, communication, and project management capabilities
  • having knowledge of hiring, developing, supervising, and evaluating employees as well as creating and managing budgets.
