Your Effect

You will be in charge of directing the end-to-end execution of marketing activation plans and community building as a growth manager with a strong focus on promoting acquisition and retention. You will use in-house experts working in teams, a network of partners, and a growth mindset to develop and implement successful campaigns across all owned, earned, and paid content and channels, both online and offline.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement compelling social media strategies to expand user base and raise brand exposure across various platforms and local channels.
• Develop and carry out educational programs to involve the internal community and boost brand loyalty.
• Analyze rival behavior to inform and enhance our own strategy, including marketing methods, channel utilization, and campaign tactics.
• To boost engagement and establish connections with critical audiences, organize and conduct entertaining events like AMAs and Twitter Spaces.
• To amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences, conduct research, compile targeted media and influencer lists, and cultivate relationships.
• Help the marketing team with the conception, execution, and performance evaluation of integrated campaigns.
• Analyze and improve our biweekly newsletter to boost customer interaction and subscription retention.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Web3 culture and vocabulary, including emojis, memes, and other digital communication tools Three to five years of professiona
• Expertise in social media marketing, ideally in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry
• Strong familiarity with current trends and changes in the bitcoin and blockchain industries
• A track record of successfully growing and managing social media presence on a variety of platforms, such as Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, Reddit, etc.
• Flexibility to change with circumstances and modify schedules as needed to interact with the crypto community
• Previous experience working in a start-up or fast-paced setting Appropriate educational background, such as in finance, technology, marketing, or graphic design Good verbal and writing communication skills, as well as the capacity to function well in a team context.
