Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Event Planning and Execution: Create and manage an events schedule that works in unison with business objectives and marketing strategies.
  • Project Management: Take charge of all financial, scheduling, and logistical aspects of organizing and managing an event.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Ensure effective and transparent communication by acting as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Tactical Excellence: Ensure faultless execution of event-related activities by managing the overarching strategic vision while maintaining an acute attention to detail.
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Provide in-depth reports following the event that include a data-driven examination of the opportunities that were created and impacted. As part of this, attribution analysis is used to determine how each event affects lead generation and conversion.
  • Materials Packaging: Organize the creation, manufacturing, and delivery of event materials, making sure they meet brand guidelines and are of the highest caliber.
  • Continuous Improvement: Strive for innovation in the way we showcase our brand and interact with our audience by using analytics and feedback to suggest and execute changes for next events.
  • Customer Advocacy: Provide pertinent case studies in a variety of formats for use by sales and marketing; coordinate needs with stakeholders; mentor customer speakers; compose, secure approval for, and monitor submissions of abstracts for speaker requests; uphold connections with organizations to arrange AWS preferred customer speakers for events.

Requirements:

PRIMARY QUALIFCATIONS

  • At least two years of experience in professional, non-internship marketing; – Proficiency in utilizing data and analytics to motivate enhancements
  • Experience developing, implementing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion – Experience interacting with customers in the healthcare and life science (HCLS) industry or at the nexus of tech and HCLS
  • Proficiency with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)

DESIDERED SPECIFICATIONS

  • Experience producing projections, assessing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and supporting assumptions with hard facts and analytics from customer research
  • Expertise in using email, online, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) systems and tools for demand generation, segmentation, and targeting
