With the ultimate goal of purposefully accelerating growth across product lines, as a Performance Marketing Manager at Ellevest, you will be in charge of ideating, prioritizing, and executing our paid and performance marketing strategy, which includes ads across digital advertising platforms like Meta, LinkedIn, etc., as well as paid search and SEO optimizations. In this highly interdisciplinary position, you will collaborate closely with colleagues in marketing, data, and creative.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and strategy for sponsored acquisition on a variety of networks, including paid social, search, programmatic, and offline channels.
- Create performance marketing plans based on competition and related adjacent service study findings.
- Use persuasive communications strategies to draw in and win over new customers.
- Utilize qualitative insights and data to find areas for improvement and iteration.
- Search for and evaluate fresh avenues for attracting clients in order to identify scalable and effective methods for expanding the company and enabling new Ellevest products.
- Oversee the scheduling and correspondence of various performance marketing projects; compile information and insights to provide to important parties.
- From concept to launch, collaborate closely with strategists, copywriters, and designers to measure the impact of their work. Support SEO optimizations and put SEO advice into practice.
- Establish a close working connection with Compliance to make sure that performance marketing complies with investment advisor laws. Manage influencer relationships to obtain content.
Requirements:
- Experience working in growth marketing, preferably in performance marketing roles
- In-depth familiarity with the entire ad tech ecosystem and digital advertising platforms, such as Meta, Google, and others; ability to scope and communicate technical requirements for precise tracking of channels, conversion events, and other performance data

- Capacity to manage several channels, partners, and conflicting priorities
- An approach to advertising that balances intuition for customer behavior with a history of thorough data research and hypothesis-driven testing

Ellevest’s pay structure is grounded in pertinent data, internal pay equity standards, and research and benchmarking for similar companies. This position might pay between $90,000 and $105,000 per year.
