Responsibilities:
- Manage all facets of the firm’s marketing initiatives while collaborating closely with the leadership of the company to create and carry out marketing, business development, and communications strategies for the company as a whole as well as for each of its practice areas.
- Create marketing strategies for a variety of platforms, such as the firm website, social media, client and prospect communications, sponsorships and ads, collateral materials, and media relations.
- Assist in creating attorney biographies, business development plans, and defining key strategies and objectives to attract, keep, and grow the clientele.
- To promote unified marketing and communication strategy, work with the practice groups’ leaders.
- authoring, editing, and distribution of internal and external communications with your assistance.
- Manage the firm’s social media channels and advise practice groups and attorneys on best practices.
- Find and seize opportunities to improve the reputation of the firm and each individual lawyer.
- Create and disseminate press releases, website updates, and company news via the proper channels.
- Create and implement efficient internal communication platforms that emphasize potential for and accomplishments in business development.
- As required, assist in organizing company events and special projects.
- Create and maintain connections with local media.
- Make press releases, then release them.
- To provide flawless support of the company’s marketing and commercial development objectives, identify and manage outsourced service providers.
- The capacity to innovate and be creative in all facets of the role.
