As a Manager in Account Management, you will make sure that Employer clients in our Third Party Administrator (TPA) Business Units are happy and stay with us. You will be in charge of managing and growing a team of people who are there to help clients by analyzing complicated problems, finding their root causes, and helping to come up with practical and creative solutions. You will encourage teamwork and a supportive culture in your department, with a focus on providing excellent customer service. You will also lead the daily activities of your assigned team by coaching, mentoring, developing, guiding, and solving problems in a timely manner within the team environment. You will also identify and implement departmental best practices to ensure employees are following best practices to ensure ongoing success.
Responsibilities:
- Using a consultative approach to build relationships with key client stakeholders and fully understand client and member needs.
- Fostering teamwork and a supportive culture in the department, with a focus on making sure clients get the best service possible.
- Creating effective policies and procedures to help your team work better and have more chances of success.
- Your success will be driven by exceeding client satisfaction score targets as well as contributing to reduced service warranty payments to clients. Your ability to work well with clients and solve difficult problems will also help you do well. You will operate in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines so ability to operate autonomously and make key decisions is imperative. Your work will make CVS Health a leader in the PBM market when it comes to customer satisfaction and service.
This is a job that can be done from home. Candidates can live in any US state.
Pay Range
The usual range of pay for this job is: Minimum: 60,300 Maximum: 130,000
Please keep in mind that this range is the pay range for all jobs in the same job grade as this position. The actual salary offer will depend on a lot of things, like where the job is.
Requirements:
Qualifications needed:
- At least five years of experience, with at least three of those years in account management, healthcare, insurance, or benefits.
- Three or more years of direct or indirect proof of leadership
Ideal Qualifications
- Some knowledge of PBM systems, such as SalesForce and AS400/RxClaim
- Strong leadership skills and abilities to drive change, create a positive and committed environment, and help employees advance in their careers.
- Proven skills in holding oneself and others accountable, taking responsibility, and being able to have an impact outside of one’s sphere of responsibility.
- Ability to build and keep good relationships with other people to improve customer service and reach business goals
- With project management experience, you can handle multiple projects at the same time.
- Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills have been shown. There is a history of keeping clients and making sure they are happy.
Education
You need a Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
