You will lead the strategy documentation and implementation of the prescription benefit plan designs for our clients as a Benefit Relationship Manager (BRM). You have the chance to develop important leadership skills while working as a BRM by leading project teams. You’ll be seen as a client problem-solver who can help high-profile clients with creative solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Fostering relationships with important client partners by using a consultative approach to comprehend the requirements for client benefit plan design
    connecting internal CVS Health teams like Benefits Coding and Quality Analysis with client needs and requirements
  • Arranging presentations and meetings for internal and external parties in order to give status updates and make choices on the establishment of client benefits
  • Exceeding customer satisfaction score goals and striving for lower service warranty payments to clients will be key drivers of your success. Your success will also be influenced by your understanding of the healthcare sector’s Reimbursement and Claims Adjudication, Formulary Management, and Drug Utilization
  • Management processes. Your ability to work independently and make important judgments is crucial in this position because you will be working in a fast-paced setting with constrained time. Your efforts as a BRM will establish CVS Health as an industry leader in customer care and service for pharmacy benefit management.

This position allows for remote work. Anywhere in the United States is open to candidates.

Pay Scale

The usual pay scale for this position is as follows: 60,300 minimum; 130,000 maximum

Please remember that this range represents the salary range for every position in the job grade that this position belongs to. The location is just one of several variables that will be considered when determining the actual compensation offer.

Requirements:

Required credentials

  • 5 or more years of expertise in the design, coding, testing, or a related sector for benefit plans
  • Willingness and capacity to travel in order to assist clients

Preferred Requirements

  • RX Claim expertise at the expert level
  • Knowledge of the FMS PBM business and Benefit Builder experience
  • Benefits from previous coding operations experience

Education: A bachelor’s degree is required, though similar experience may be taken into account.
