Join CVS Healthcare’s collaborative team and join the Analytical Governance Tools Team, which is responsible for the system administration of the company’s analytical, machine learning, and data governance products. We are looking for a younger colleague who is organized, driven, and enthusiastic and who has the knowledge and background to swiftly become a System Admin or Systems Engineer inside a business. In order to support the enterprise healthcare, retail, and pharmacy companies, you will work as part of a team that designs, configures, builds, and maintains the tools on shared enterprise platforms both locally and in the public cloud. The ideal applicant must be a technical evangelist who sees technology as a way to improve our customers’ engagement and best-in-class experiences. They must also embrace technology, be open to learning, design new solutions, and be a technical advocate. Ability to be on call throughout team rotations and work after hours, especially on weekends.
Pay Scale
The usual pay scale for this position is as follows: 43.27 minimum; 86.54 maximum
Please remember that this range represents the salary range for every position in the job grade that this position belongs to. The location is just one of several variables that will be considered when determining the actual compensation offer.
Required credentials
- 3+ years of expertise installing, configuring, and maintaining products
- 3+ years of experience performing system administration activities on-site and in public clouds, including product installation (Google, Azure).
Preferred Requirements
- Application migration expertise
- Knowledge of scripting languages and Linux
- Knowledge of automation and Ansible
- Ability to work after hours, including on weekends and holidays, Performance Monitoring and Tuning experience Troubleshooting and problem-solving experience
- Being able to be available on call throughout a team rotation
- Knowledge of security policies and guidelines, the capacity to collaborate with a team in a fast-paced setting, and the capacity to clearly communicate complex technical results to audiences at all levels
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a closely related field, or equivalent work experience
