The AMER Livestream Coordinator supports the IT Services Event Productions, global Livestream team, and its clients with customer-focused intake management, calendar, organizational, reporting, and administrative support. Supporting intake processes and customer event request scheduling is the main goal. A good candidate must be able to transition easily into a corporate streaming setting, exhibit excellent organizational abilities, and have a passion for helping the team and our clients.


• Supports and manages daily customer communication

• Schedules customer requests and meetings on a regular basis

• Keeps track of multiple livestream operations calendars

• Effectively manages and hosts meetings; provides supporting documentation and aligns stakeholders

• Increases efficiency and works to optimize processes

• Coordinates project-related data and reporting

• Works on defined projects with clear objectives

• Capable of identifying roadblocks and f



Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience managing projects for two years or more; familiarity with corporate settings; ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and fulfill deadlines; High level of skill in Microsoft Outlook and the Microsoft Office Suite. Complex calendar management experience. Tableau or SharePoint are optional.


Experience taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; Familiarity with event management procedures; Strong desire to learn new technologies and systems; Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to think critically; Experience communicating with a diverse audience, including the capacity to offer solutions and explanations in writing; Experience with livestreaming; Familiarity with virtual events; Familiarity with video editing; Experience taking ownership and successfully delivering results; SharePoint, Visio, Tableau, and optional

Our pay is in line with the cost of labor in different US regions. In our lowest geographic area, the basic salary for this position is $51,600 per year, whereas in our top geographic region, it is $110,300 per year. Pay is based on a number of variables, including market location, and may change in accordance with knowledge, abilities, and experience pertinent to the position.
