The AMER Livestream Coordinator supports the IT Services Event Productions, global Livestream team, and its clients with customer-focused intake management, calendar, organizational, reporting, and administrative support. Supporting intake processes and customer event request scheduling is the main goal. A good candidate must be able to transition easily into a corporate streaming setting, exhibit excellent organizational abilities, and have a passion for helping the team and our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Supports and manages daily customer communication

• Schedules customer requests and meetings on a regular basis

• Keeps track of multiple livestream operations calendars

• Effectively manages and hosts meetings; provides supporting documentation and aligns stakeholders

• Increases efficiency and works to optimize processes

• Coordinates project-related data and reporting

• Works on defined projects with clear objectives

• Capable of identifying roadblocks and f

Requirements:

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience managing projects for two years or more; familiarity with corporate settings; ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and fulfill deadlines; High level of skill in Microsoft Outlook and the Microsoft Office Suite. Complex calendar management experience. Tableau or SharePoint are optional.

Our pay is in line with the cost of labor in different US regions. In our lowest geographic area, the basic salary for this position is $51,600 per year, whereas in our top geographic region, it is $110,300 per year. Pay is based on a number of variables, including market location, and may change in accordance with knowledge, abilities, and experience pertinent to the position.
