  • A design verification lead with experience in ASIC verification and an interest in communication networks is what we’re searching for. You will collaborate closely with other engineering teams to lead the verification process for our unique chip in all its aspects. For Fathom’s ASIC designs, your major areas of responsibility will be verification planning, verification environment building, and directing block- and chip-level functional verification efforts.

Contribution areas:

  • To ensure design correctness, create and maintain thorough verification strategies that encompass all aspects of design verification.
  • Use industry-standard verification approaches, tools, and frameworks to build and implement verification environments, testbenches, and test cases.
  • Work closely with the design team to comprehend and verify the design specifications, as well as to troubleshoot and fix any problems that may develop during the verification process.
  • Mentoring and educating young DV engineers about industry standards and best practices
  • Requirements (essential abilities for the position):
  • ASIC design verification experience of at least 5 years in the industry
  • a track record of successfully managing the creation of test plans, strategies, and environments at the chip level
  • knowledge of UVM, industry-standard simulation tools and settings, and SystemVerilog at an expert level
  • strong debugging and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
