• Report to leadership and suggest decisions.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
• Prior understanding or practical expertise with classification research and analysis
• Capable of using office software and apps Human Resources information systems experience (HRIS)
• May call for a human resources bachelor’s degree or a professional certification in business management, human resources, or a comparable discipline.
