Responsibilities:

You will serve as a crucial strategic partner for leadership as well as a helpful resource for team members as an HR business partner. You will be a competent and dedicated resource, whether it is through onboarding, performance management, or providing leaders and team members with the direction they need to be successful. You’ll have a positive influence on how team members react to organizational change, and you’ll use data and collaborate closely with leaders to create the teams that help them reach their unique organizational objectives. Additionally, you’ll collaborate directly with our executives to attract, keep, develop, and maximize the effectiveness of both individuals and teams. You’ll use creative problem-solving techniques and deliver superior HR services with excellence and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Four-year degree or experience equivalent
• Experience in at least one of the following fields: talent acquisition, organizational strategy, training and development, or employee relations
• Ability to use excellent interpersonal skills to speak up and be heard in all settings and at all organizational levels, including but not limited to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, and reasoning abilities
• A track record of inspiring teams and resolving disputes
• Experience in at least one of the following fields: talent acquisition, organizational strategy, training and development, or employee relations
• Being able to tie policies and procedures to other things
• Basic familiarity with word processing, spreadsheets, and computers (examples include Excel, Word, O365)
