Position Description

Russel Tobin & Associates are seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented Human Resources Payroll And Timecard Analyst to work in a remote capacity with a well-known self-driving car company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing multi-state domestic timesheets and payroll for thousands of employees, off-cycle payments, quarterly equity payrolls, etc. The successful candidate will also provide necessary support for global payroll, develop and coordinate process improvements, and fulfill ad-hoc projects.

Responsibilities

– Process biweekly payroll for over 3,000 employees and off-cycle payments as required
– Process employee data to ensure employees’ time records, earnings, and deductions are accurate
– Prepare communications and complete reconciliations of processed work
– Participate in enhancing company growth through cross-functional partners
– Respond to email inquiries from employees and outside contacts as needed
– Complete periodic and ad-hoc reporting for employees, partner teams, and external audits as required

Qualifications

– At least one to three years of experience in finance operations (Payroll, WFM).
– Proficient in Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, vlookups, etc).
– Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with individuals of all levels.
– Ability to work independently and with cross-collaborative teams.
– Strong ability to evaluate priorities and multi-task accordingly.
– Strong sense of integrity and personal responsibility.
