Position Description
OneDigital is looking for an experienced HR Generalist who will manage multiple clients and provide excellent customer service. The position is remote, and you can work from Cleveland, OH. Responsibilities
– Manage the payroll and benefits administration for multiple clients
– Independently handle multi-state payroll and related duties
– Work on system conversions and implementations
– Manage client relationships and act as the primary human resources representative
– Administer COBRA, ADA, FMLA, Unemployment, and Workers Compensation
– Assist HR consultants with HR initiatives
– Maintain strong business relationships and provide excellent customer service to employees across multiple clients.
– Coordinate all recruiting activities and maintain job descriptions
– File papers and documents into appropriate employee files
– Assist or prepare correspondences
Qualifications
– 4-6 years of HR/payroll experience required
– Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
– Multi-state payroll experience preferred
– Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
– Experience in providing quality customer service required
