Position Description
Crunchyroll is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner Lead to join their People Team in LA. The Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for supporting the organization’s transformational outcomes by improving the organizational talent, driving engagement, and optimizing the employee experience. This role requires global responsibility, and the HRBP should have a wealth of experience working across different stages of growth and maturity in a variety of companies.
Responsibilities
– Collaborate with business leaders and team members to provide strategic HR consultation to support the achievement of business results and objectives.
– Provide thought leadership, coaching, and expertise in talent strategy, performance management, career development, succession planning, and employee relations.
– Serve as a voice of the customer and champion for culture, values, and employee sense of belonging by identifying and implementing people programs.
– Partner with Regional HRBPs to collect and disseminate information and to inform the strategy and actions of global leaders.
– Develop and manage the implementation of HR plans and initiatives to support the business, create informed decisions by collecting and analyzing data, and identify trends and insights.
Qualifications
– Eight or more years of experience as an HRBP or in a related field in a tech/media setting.
– Demonstrated expertise in various Human Resource areas, including performance management, talent development, workforce planning, compensation, diversity and inclusion, federal, state, and local employment laws, and organizational design.
– Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability and confidence to interact and influence employees at all levels within the organization.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to make thoughtful decisions in a rapidly evolving and ambiguous environment.
– Excellent advising, coaching, and facilitation skills with the ability to champion changes in the organization and foster an inclusive and diverse working culture.
– A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a similar field is required.
