In this position, HR strategies centered on workforce planning, employee engagement, talent management, and organizational success will be developed and implemented in collaboration with business leaders. They will also be the owners of initiatives that benefit the whole HR department. You must be able to translate company priorities into the highest impact work in order to succeed in this position. By providing data-driven recommendations that enhance employee performance, retention, and overall experience, you will assist business leaders in seeing opportunities.
A versatile skill set is necessary for success, including the capacity for tactical execution, strategic thinking, and cross-functional teamwork at all levels and in a variety of contexts.

- Oversee and expand a group of HR specialists in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

Requirements:
PRIMARY QUALIFCATIONS
- A bachelor’s degree from an authorized college
- More than three years of broad experience in human resources
DESIDERED SPECIFICATIONS
- An HRM master’s degree or MBA
- Experience assisting client groups with hourly workers
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing, distribution, or contact center
- Proven track record of overseeing and guiding personnel
- Mastery of the HRIS System
- Experience in human resources with businesses that employ 250–500 people or more
