Position Description:
This role is about creating a memorable and unique experience for guests, beyond just providing a clean room and bed. As a Guest Environment Expert, you will be responsible for various housekeeping tasks, maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the hotel. This role is dynamic, allowing you to move around and address different needs within the hotel, from delivering guest requests to cleaning rooms and public spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of housekeeping duties to ensure the hotel’s appearance and cleanliness are up to standard.
- Deliver guest requests, stock carts, and maintain cleanliness in rooms and public areas.
- Contribute to creating a positive guest experience through your work in the hotel environment.
