Position Description
Cribl is a company that specializes in making observability data valuable. We have created products that provide our customers with control over the increasing volume of telemetry data so that each organization can achieve the value of all their observability data. We are looking for a Talent Success Head to work on setting our talent strategy for the team. As a Talent Success Head, you will work with the senior leadership to define and align our talent strategy with our business strategy. You will be responsible for nurturing employee career growth and embedding the company’s values into all aspects of Employee Experience and Learning & Development programs. Moreover, you will work closely with leaders at all levels for business development and managing healthy teams as we grow.
Responsibilities
• Create function strategy and roadmap connected to company talent strategy
• Establish and operate DEI, Employee Experience and L&D professionals team
• Develop and implement L&D programming, manage LMS and other virtual platforms
• Engage and enable all our goats to do their best work
• Improve upon Cribl’s career development framework and create an internal talent marketplace
• Embed DEI mindset and behaviors of inclusion into all our people programs
• Define and support the Cribl employee experience journey and embed our values in all employee touchpoints
• Identify and implement succession and talent development frameworks for talent management
Qualifications
• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in learning and development and organizational effectiveness
• Strong team leadership experience in creating a psychologically safe team environment
• Experience scaling processes and programs in remote, high-growth global technology companies and global environments
• Data-driven approach and ideally design thinking experience
• Innovative approach to DEI strategy
• Previous experience operating within a global, remote-first environment
• Coaching certification
• Strong technical, business, Talent and Organizational Development acumen, with knowledge of DEI
