Position Description:

This position will reside within the marketing organization and will be responsible for designing the majority of our visual marketing materials and collateral. You will work directly with marketing leadership to establish Constructor’s strategic brand identity, creating overall style standards as well as website wireframes, social and blog graphics, and display ads. You will report to the Head of Content Marketing.

Candidates with experience in page layout, brand identification, and graphic design, as well as a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, will be considered ideal. Experience with Hubspot, Figma, and/or WordPress (Elementor), as well as HTML/CSS skills, are desirable but not needed. Passion for producing excellent work, attention to detail, and curiosity about our product and audience are required. Experience in B2B marketing and technology is a plus; we are looking for a competent, experienced designer that knows the function of visual identity and is capable of problem-solving when it comes to illustrating complicated ideas with smart images.

Responsibilities include:

• Owning the creative visual identity of Constructor and ensuring that it is implemented consistently
• Strategically evaluating content to establish graphic requirements
• Creating optimized images for the web, social media, and paid media
• Designing and upgrading PowerPoint decks for sales enablement
• Layout and design of ebooks and whitepapers
• Wireframing site pages
