At Phantom, you will work as a full-stack developer, developing everything from beautiful user interfaces and cross-platform client architecture on the frontend to APIs, data pipelines, and services that connect the blockchain to the user experience our users have come to expect on the backend. Although we only accept applicants who are based in the US and EU time zones for this position, it is entirely remote.

Responsibilities:

• Development of features: You will be responsible for developing features for our website, the Phantom Extension, and other online properties.
• You will be in charge of leading initiatives to introduce new supplementary goods or infrastructure as well as to add support for additional blockchains to Phantom.
• Users’ interactions: You will have direct user interactions with customers and developers who are building on Phantom, assisting them and gathering input to guide the product’s direction.
• Team building: You will collaborate with the team to develop a culture where the bar is raised with each new employee.

Requirements:

• Computer science or a closely related technical discipline at the bachelor’s level, or comparable work experience
• 5+ years of full-time experience in software engineering
• Exhibited enthusiasm for open, community-driven platforms
• Experience working on a blockchain-based project is desirable.
