Position Description:

TISTA Science and Technology is looking to add a Business Analyst to our expanding team.

Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to teams engaged in multiple development efforts.
• Leverage the customer experience and the contributions of team members to juggle multiple priorities on parallel projects as required.
• As required, facilitate meetings and discussions with diverse and high-level government stakeholders and subject matter experts from multiple contractors.
• Responsible for the creation and maintenance of documents required as part of an agile system development lifecycle, such as user stories, detailed functional specifications, technical design inputs, process documents (standard operating procedures, guidelines, and validation master plans), etc.
• Coordinate with the technical development group to ensure complete comprehension of functional requirements.
• Examine, manage, and prepare the backlog.
• Prepare accumulating backlog
• Validate the existing user stories and information, and ensure that the Definition of Done and Acceptance Criteria are documented.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Three plus years of pertinent work experience
• Knowledge of Agile and/or SAFe development methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
• Exhibits knowledge of agile system development and maintenance.
