You’ll Be Able To

• In order to plan resources and personnel, conduct financial modeling, analysis, and reporting, business partners with Marketing leadership, operational, and GTM finance are required.
• Own the closure, quarterly business reviews, monthly projection updates, and other important inspection and decision procedures, such as the presentation to executive management.
• Prepare management reports with financials, pipeline, key metrics, leading indicators, and an evaluation of business performance.
• Conduct research, projection, and reporting on business activities, headcount, marketing budget, and incentive pay.
• Within the Marketing, Sales, and Customer organization, support for reporting on various metrics and KPI is provided.
• Analyze and track the ROI of marketing program expenditures.
• Identify potential and risky financial sectors.
• Support improvements to planning systems and procedures
• Use our technologies, like as Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Salesforce, and Tableau, to become an expert in your field.
• Ad-hoc financial analysis, modeling, and project assistance

The Items You Bring:

• Financial analyst, sales analyst, business analyst, or equivalent roles with a minimum of 5 to 7 years’ experience
• the capacity to reduce and distill complex business information into easily consumable form, as well as business acumen and proven analytical abilities.
• Strong business partnering abilities and the ability to explain financials with staff who aren’t in finance are requirements. Other requirements include the ability to multitask and comfort working in a fast-paced workplace.
• strong understanding of business process best practices, financial modeling, financial planning and forecasting, and financial accounting concepts
• Excel proficiency and financial modeling expertise
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; shown ability to manage stakeholders and influence others; comfort working with teams throughout the company
• Customer service and success-oriented team player with a can-do attitude who wants to see others succeed
• the capacity to learn new financial systems quickly
• Knowledge of the SaaS or subscription business model
• Knowledge of Salesforce, NetSuite, Tableau, and other SaaS-based applications (preferred)
• The applicant must feel at ease working in the Pacific time zone.
