Responsibilities:

The Executive Producer of Photography will be a key member of the larger integrated production team and will collaborate closely with the creative team to help lead, build, and develop a world-class brand imagery team. The Executive Producer of Photography will report to the Managing Director of Integrated Production. In addition to developing, planning, and coordinating several productions from concept to completion, this person will be in charge of overseeing everything related to photography production. This person will take complete ownership of projects and supervise every stage of the production process. They are devoted, motivated, and enthusiastic. They will be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about a broad range of photography production techniques, including lifestyle, portrait, tabletop, product, and accessory photography.

  • Producing intricate, profile-integrated productions (with supporting photography and video) from conception to completion.
    establishing a network of reliable photographers and artists to enable speedy responses to urgent business requirements.
  • For each project, developing and overseeing a “overall vision”
  • Working closely with their teams, interacting with stakeholders, and business divisions to make sure needs are addressed and provide innovative solutions for each project.
  • Having a broad creative perspective for the individual projects and being able to successfully carry out the CMO’s vision while
  • Upholding the brand’s integrity.
  • Handling many projects at once, making ensuring that deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Collaborating with a creative team to realize their vision while staying within the constraints of the budget and the timeline.

  • Sourcing and overseeing several outside partners and vendors.
  • Managing production resources internally.
  • Negotiating intricate vendor and employment agreements.

Where you’ll be employed

In this hybrid position, your work environment will be clearly defined and will include both weekly manager-designated office days and time spent working from home.

Requirements:

You will require:

  • Four or more years of work experience or a bachelor’s degree
  • Six or more years of experience in the field.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, roughly.
  • Portfolio or reel of experience

If you own any of the following, even better:

  • A degree, preferably a BFA in design or photography.
  • Knowledge of managing extensive photography productions
  • Understanding of current digital and video production techniques, including familiarity with a variety of video formats.
  • Understanding of production and talent unions.
  • The capacity to oversee numerous initiatives at once.
  • Knowledge of detail-oriented individuals with strong presenting and observing abilities.
  • Experience with flexibility, organization, and time management.
  • Managing and hiring experience with outside creative partners, including photographers, directors, editors, external producers, hair and Makeup artists, wardrobe stylists, and prop and scenic designers.
  • Knowledge of casting and booking actors and models.
  • Knowledge of licensing, employment, rate negotiations, and contracts for stills and motion.
  • The capacity to flourish amidst ambiguity.
  • Ability to easily adjust to shifting deadlines, priorities, and directions.
  • Solid communication abilities.
  • Ability to act independently and contribute to the team’s creative energy and excitement.
  • Ability to perform well as a team leader and to feel at ease both giving and receiving instructions.

Part-timers’ coverage will differ since, depending on their unique situation, they might be entitled to some of these benefits.

The salary range for this employment, depending on a full-time schedule, is between $95,000 and $177,000 if you are hired into a New York workplace. Your location, verified job-related abilities, and experience will all affect your pay. There is room for growth in this position, which is incentive-based. Your pay will be changed to reflect your hours if you are hired for a part-time position.
