Position Description:

The Executive Assistant offers the Executive Leadership Team and other designated leadership staff members high-level administrative support and assistance. Executive level scheduling, arranging domestic and international travel, recording meeting minutes, and general administrative support are examples of regular duties. Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team and other partners within the organization, this role will support internal communications, special administrative projects, and Board of Directors involvement as needed.

  • At least five years of experience in executive-level administrative positions; preference given to those with knowledge of complex time-zone and/or participant scheduling.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or marketing, or equivalent work experience in related fields
  • Working knowledge of professional services firms (e.g., legal, consulting, etc.)
  • Outstanding organizational abilities, including the capacity to manage time effectively and to track and meet a variety of deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the capacity to communicate clearly and effectively with vendors, project participants, and high-level stakeholders, among other things.
  • The capacity to handle challenging work rapidly and independently, and to act urgently when circumstances call for it
  • High personal integrity, especially the ability to handle very sensitive material covertly
  • Ability to work with people from different backgrounds with passion, ease, and humility, and to forge enduring bonds with both internal and external parties
  • English fluency; professional fluency in a foreign language, especially Spanish or French, is highly regarded
  • High level of competency with Microsoft 365 tools, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, and SharePoint; administration and use of Airtable for workflow management experience desirable
