As a Recruiter, you’ll…
- Find qualified people using a variety of recruiting and sourcing strategies, including cutting-edge technology.
- Analyze our clients’ businesses in order to better match people’ career ambitions with the clients’ employment needs.
- Screen and interview qualified prospects; act as the primary point of contact throughout the recruiting process
- Work with your management to identify top accounts, skill sets to target, and critical market segments.
- Develop and cultivate relationships with industry contacts in order to gather expertise, referrals, and sales leads.
- Construct one-of-a-kind compensation packages (wages, benefits, and so on) in order to attract and hire people for our clients’ needs.

What kind of experience do you require?
- Bachelor of Science
- Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is preferred.
- Collaboration that works in a team-oriented atmosphere
- Prior sales/recruitment experience (including internships) is preferred!
