Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant RF/Wireless expertise in a hardware technology firm or in the communications industr
• A track record of successfully developing and incorporating wireless technologies into products
• Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, presentational, and communication capabilities
• Eager to learn and work with others
• When it is safe to do so, the willingness and capacity to travel globally.

Preferable but not necessary:

• Practical expertise with hardware production techniques – Knowledge of technical project/product management processes
• Knowledge in at least one of the following areas: wireless system design, RF design/architecture, RF test, RF application engineering.

Description

Wireless/RF EPMs are keen to work with numerous internal and external teams to build new products because they are self-motivated, quick learners, and outstanding communicators. By collaborating closely with highly qualified Apple engineers, architects, operations teams, product design teams, and outside vendors, wireless EPMs drive wireless program targets and timetables. Wireless EPMs are essential to the planning and execution of prototype-build projects. They also direct teams to address the most difficult technical issues that arise during the creation of new products while remaining adaptable and composed under pressure.

Knowledge & Experience

Required:

• BSEE or comparable work experience.
• MSEE/MBA Preferable but not necessary

Benefits & Pay

Base pay is one component of the overall compensation at Apple and is subject to a range. This gives you the chance to advance as you gain experience and competence in a position. Your base salary will be determined by your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. The base salary range for this position is between $113,500 and $207,000.
