Position Description:

As a member of our tiny company, you’ll wear several hats, but you’ll also have the potential to expand and change the organization; your imagination is the only restriction!

‍What Your Duties Will Be in This Role:

• Design the appearance and functionality of our websites, marketing brochures, and other visual assets.
• Create and contribute to all marketing campaigns both visually and strategically.
• ClickFunnels is a web page and marketing funnel builder.
• Webflow is used to design and optimize MarieForleo.com.
• Create and adhere to brand guidelines to design layouts that apply our standards consistently across all visual touchpoints.
• Collaborate with web developers to match visual designs with website functionality and to define a timeframe for initiatives that will have an impact on them.
• Work with web development and content teams to ensure the quality and performance of marketing materials and web sites.
• Develop persuasive, original, and conversion-focused content.

• You thrive on developing strategic initiatives to propel the firm, and you enjoy executing your ideas through typography, custom keynotes, PDFs, advertisements, layout, picture retouching, artwork, infographics, etc.
• You can manage several projects and communicate openly about deadlines, obstacles, and problems.
• You feel at ease supervising project-based design contractors.
• You contribute ideas and execute the ideas of others quickly\sYou appreciate the notion of working on everything from a PDF to a full website rebuild
• You have the ability to operate independently and collaboratively, and you’ll need to do both in this situation.
• You are incredibly meticulous and like dotting every I and crossing every “t”
• You are an effective, clear communicator in all formats. You thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Essential Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or similar experience
• five or more years of relevant experience in visual design
• Fluent in Figma, Photoshop, and InDesign; ClickFunnels, Webflow, After Effects, and/or Illustrator expertise is a plus.
• Demonstrates knowledge of intuitive site operation, interaction, site architecture, and user interface design.
• Experience designing custom PowerPoint presentations, PDFs, advertisements, infographics, and illustrations.
• Exceptional problem-solving talents
• Ability to produce results in a fast-paced workplace Strong verbal and written communication abilities
