Why Should You Work with Us?
We are a team of experienced builders in a big and growing market with a lot of traction. Our users are so passionate about our product that they were hacking their way into our private beta. We only started a few months ago, but we already have millions of users, and every week we add tens of thousands more. We’re by far the best wallet for Solana, and we’re going to start working on other chains soon.
Also, there has never been a better time to work in crypto, and especially on wallets.
- Wallets are very important. They are used to get new people started with crypto, and they can make or break the user experience.
- We are moving toward a world with many chains: New blockchains and scaling solutions are coming online and gaining popularity, but there aren’t any good wallets or bridges for them yet.
- DeFi and NFTs are going crazy: Even though there is a lot of interest in DeFi and NFTs, they are still an afterthought in most wallets.
Benefits
- Fair pay and stock options.
- Insurance that covers everything (medical, dental, and vision) — 100% covered.
- A stipend for your ideal remote/work-from-home set-up, including a laptop, headphones, and any other tools you may need.
- There are flexible hours and a long-term, helpful remote environment.
- Cost of a coworking space and a cell phone every month.
- Vacations without limits: When you need time, take it (and we really mean it).
- 401(k) retirement plan (although we are not matching at this time)
- Wellness benefit
- Daily lunch benefit
When equity and benefits are added, the base salary for this job should be between $150,000 and $250,000. This depends on a number of things, like your skills, previous relevant experience, the quality of your interviews, and market factors (like location) at the time of the offer.
