Your actions will be:

  • Assist the business in maturing the changing skills that its people require by employing a variety of techniques and tools, and provide thought leadership and industry understanding of learning trends in pertinent technology skills.
  • To identify skill gaps and analyze training needs and methodologies appropriate to the audience and environment, consult with business stakeholders, technical teams, and human resources.
  • Create and update technical curricula, educational resources, and technical content that promotes career advancement pathways for technically proficient people and teams.
  • To encourage content consumption and learning, deliver material utilizing existing or new tools and learning platforms.
  • To administer learning evaluations and track advancement on development programs, approaches, and results, collaborate with the pertinent stakeholder.
  • By establishing objectives, benchmarks, and upholding accountability, foster a culture of continual learning.
  • Join System IT development and learning groups to shape System direction, initiatives, and programs and promote local IT (FRBKC) viewpoints.

  • knows how to create learning programs using technologies like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and Adobe Creative.
  • delivering learning solutions to adult learners in a business setting for four or more years
  • 4 years or more of experience using knowledge assessment techniques to identify gaps
  • 2 years or more of expertise in a setting that delivers technology

Qualifications:

  • 4 years or more of experience creating curricula, learning pathways, and educational materials
  • An approved college or university bachelor’s degree with a concentration in communications, education, human resources, or information technology, or an equivalent mix of directly relevant training and/or experience
  • Unless the Bank provides a reasonable exception based on a medical condition or a serious religious conviction, the incumbent must be completely immunized against COVID-19.
