As the Creative Design Intern, you will put your abilities to work creating and producing solutions to our clients’ problems. To develop, carry out, and maintain creative initiatives ranging from large-scale campaigns to banner ads and everything in between, you will work with the team and draw on your creativity, knowledge of, and experience with new standards and best practices in design for Digital Media as well as standards and best practices for traditional print media. All of this will be done while preserving the integrity of the Disney brand standards, enhancing our recruitment marketing, and growing our business. The best thing is that you’ll be a member of a small but formidable team full of talented individuals from all fields who will work together to make it all happen.
Responsibilities:
- Create creative with a track record of successful campaign executions in print, digital/web, and social media environments.
- To finish creative design and production projects, collaborate with both internal and external partners and vendors.
- Update and update brand style guides and make sure that team output reflects the brand
- Establish and preserve trusting working connections with colleagues, team members, business partners, and outside vendors.
- Work both independently and in groups collaboratively (i.e., across different commercial lines of operation).
- To come up with fresh, original ideas to convey the main message and call to action, brainstorm with both internal and external partners.
Requirements:
- Strong time management abilities with the capacity to oversee numerous timelines, manage oneself, and achieve deadlines. Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and design-related tools and technology, particularly Photoshop.
- A demonstrated desire to comprehend client business requirements and how they relate to marketing strategy, objectives, and creative outputs
- demonstrated aptitude for solving problems creatively and a desire to learn and help your team members.

- Familiarity in design in a relevant industry
- A strong portfolio with examples of concept definition and design, as well as evidence of mastery in composition, typography, color, and basic communication.
Required Academics
A student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, or a field closely related, whether they are a junior, senior, or recent graduate
Salary Rate Details…
The hourly wage for this online internship is $21.20.
Eligibility for an internship
- Must have graduated from a college or university within six months OR must be presently enrolled in a Disney College Program or Disney
- Professional Internship OR must have at least one class taken in the semester or quarter (spring/fall) previous to participation in the internship program.
- Must be at least 18 years old and have not worked continuously for one year on a Disney internship or program.
- A valid work permit with no restrictions
- This internship will run roughly from June 2023 until January 2024.
- Throughout the duration of the internship, the candidate must be available to work full-time hours (about 40 hours per week).
- As this internship is remote, it is necessary to have both a quiet, dedicated workspace and a functioning, dependable internet connection.
