Position Description:

You will collaborate with members of a cross-functional team as a researcher for a new Dropbox product to find and comprehend fresh problem domains and design user experiences that foster a more enlightened way of working. Responsibilities

• Together with the product teams, determine the research needs for a 0–1 product.
• Design, plan, and carry out research that has an impact on the product team’s short-term and long-term roadmaps.
• Use multi-method research projects that combine qual and quant techniques.
• Adapt research methods and procedures to the organization’s expanding needs.
• Encourage and direct the direction of the design and product strategy
• Work closely with researchers, project managers, designers, data scientists, and marketers to assess user interactions, comprehend user demands, and identify potential product opportunities.
• Promote research in a creative and interesting way within the organization and throughout the business.

Requirements

• 4+ years of work experience in UX Research
• deep expertise using a variety of methodologies throughout the product development process
• working knowledge of the B2B and/or B2C environments
• demonstrated aptitude for working collaboratively with other scientists, engineers, designers, and product managers
• Presentation and communication style that is compelling and clear
• having expertise leading and facilitating quick research in a 0–1 environment
