Responsibilities:

The role is in charge of organizing, managing, and carrying out tasks that are directly related to the marketing and advertising needs of the organization. The marketing manager is in charge of creating and overseeing a successful marketing strategy centered on generating sales leads. Brand management, websites, digital marketing, trade exhibitions, open houses, press releases, print advertising, and social media are just a few of the many channels used for advertising. Work on a variety of initiatives connected to market research, sales strategies, and system and application updates, including CRM, which are used to support the marketing of the sold goods and services. This job works closely with many of the equipment manufacturers that PMC represents as well as many of the divisions and sections within the company. The Marketing Manager role is crucial to PMC’s effective operation and brand recognition.

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with preference given to postsecondary education.
  • Expertise with computers, with a focus on Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suites (InDesign & Photoshop), CRM, and Constant Contact.
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as authoring ability, are essential.
  • The candidate must exhibit a professional manner and strong people and customer service abilities.
  • This job involves light equipment operation and a variety of customized initiatives that might or might not be related to marketing.
