Responsibilities:

- Utilize machine learning techniques to build models for diverse data-driven applications.
- Identifying relevant characteristics and transforming raw data to improve model performance and forecast accuracy is known as feature engineering.
- Utilize data visualization tools and approaches to effectively portray complex results’ stories while clearly communicating them.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business difficulties and come up with data-driven solutions by engaging in collaborative problem solving.
- Deploy models and monitor their performance in real-world settings to guarantee correctness and dependability.
- Data Governance and Ethics: Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, preserve data privacy and security standards, and follow data governance rules.
- Continuous Learning and Skill Development: Stay up to date on developments in data science, go to business gatherings, take part in training, and constantly improve technical abilities.
Requirements:
Minimum requirements:
- Five or more years of relevant experience, including work in a corporation.
- Cross-functional team management experience and shown leadership qualities.
- Proficiency in data narrative and visualization.
- Outstanding organizational and project management abilities, with a proven track record of handling many priorities and fulfilling strict deadlines.
- a degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a similar discipline from an accredited college or university.
- proficiency in R or Python with knowledge of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow and scikit-learn as well as data manipulation packages like pandas and NumPy. solid knowledge of statistical principles and methods.
- Excellent analytical talents, the capacity to solve problems, and the capacity for both critical and creative thought.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities for explaining difficult technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
- knowledge with data visualization applications like Tableau and Power BI.
- Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions through understanding of business operations and industry trends.
- a track record of collaborating with others, communicating clearly, and participating in cross-functional projects.
Preferred credentials:
- Experience with complex organizations using analytics to resolve business problems.
- Experience with people analytics is nice to have.
- Python, R, SQL, and Hive programming experience of at least three years.
- 3 years or more of expertise with Tableau and Power BI.
- A track record of effectively communicating written and verbal results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong relationship-building and consulting capabilities with partners from different functional areas.
Salary: $95,000 to $165,000 per year including bonuses and benefits
