Responsibilities:
- Gain in-depth knowledge of processing and billing capital service agreements.
- Maintain contact information, warranty, repair, loaner cars, and other service requests, as well as customer asset and service agreement data.
- Handle and submit invoices for capital returns, loaners, replacements, and repair requests.
- Obtain purchase orders from clients in order to process capital equipment repairs and loaners.
- Set priorities and reply to field representatives’ and customers’ requests, attempting, if feasible, to address problems and inquiries at the outset of communication.
- Help with the asset recovery procedure for loaners, evaluators, placements, and repairs.
- Engage in cross-functional teams and provide customer feedback to integrate service into designs related to ongoing enhancements and the creation of new services.
- During all customer interactions, maintain the confidentiality of patient and customer information as well as proprietary and sensitive information.
Requirements:
- High School Certificate
- Two or more years of experience entering data in a customer support setting
- Familiarity with SAP ERP or other comparable ERP systems
- Familiarity with Salesforce or a related
- Excellent writing abilities are required for email correspondence with clients.
- Needs to be proficient with spreadsheets and have Excel expertise.
- Familiarity with entering form data into systems
- Capable of doing repetitive tasks, manual operations, and data entry into Excel
- Paying close attention to details was necessary for a job that involved precisely entering data.
- Knowledgeable about G-Suite (Docs, Sheets)
- Quality-focused; driven to look for mistakes and ask questions when there are differences.
