Responsibilities:
- Participating in designated special initiatives
- Collecting and prioritizing the data that will be entered into the computer.
- Maintaining operations in line with policies and procedures and communicating changes that are required.
- Preserving the privacy of sensitive documents
- Adhering to data program techniques and procedures and fulfilling data entry requirements
- Help with data entry and other administrative duties
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and written communication abilities
- Generate 8,000 or more keystrokes per hour of accurate data entry.
- Expertise with Microsoft Excel
- Able to operate independently with little supervision
- Excellent organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail are required.
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel
- Solid understanding of month-end closings
- Strong computer literacy
- Accounting degree desirable
