A data entry clerk is now being hired by a well-known organization. Within the organization, the role is a full-time, permanent opportunity. Benefits will be provided following a 90-day probationary period. Requirements:

While no prior experience is necessary, the ideal candidate will have worked in online customer support for a technology business or a large online shop, or they will have expertise handling IT Help Desk tickets. Candidates for this role should be able to work comfortably in front of a computer all day, have excellent typing abilities, and pay close attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Receiving client requests for technical support is the responsibility of the data entry clerk. Opening requests and entering them into the company’s ticketing system for the Help Desk personnel to examine is the responsibility of the data entry clerk.

The data entry clerk will go over each open ticket to check how the help desk resolved it (i.e., did they repair the issue or did they need to schedule a call with the customer?). After that, the clerk emails responses to clients to make sure they get the updates and enjoy great customer service. In order to swiftly close out each ticket, you need to be focused and organized.
