Responsibilities:

• Posting and inputting invoices and backup documents into third-party and customer websites.
• Billing of assigned and unassigned accounts in one-way spreadsheet and non-spreadsheet formats.
• As needed, Mexico billing and same-month revisions, as well as corresponding with the Mexico team for most unique billing requirements.
• This role is exposed to rates, contracts, and other billing information on a daily basis.

Qualifications:

• Ability to handle stress (month end) and thrive in chaos (someone who is very organized would not appreciate this work)
• A high school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
• Pivot tables, v lookups, formulae, and pivot tables are preferable.
• enjoys working with figures and analyzing data- plays a highly analytical role

• Previous bookkeeping/invoicing/accounting/audit experience preferred
• degree desirable
