Responsibilities:

  • In order to assess the impact of their work, Teaching Lab gathers a variety of data, which must be input, moved, and arranged in ways that make it simple for the team to evaluate and provide reports. The Data Entry and Management Consultant will: Closely collaborate with many departments to comprehend the needs for data for both internal and external applications.
  • Keep an eye on and evaluate data submissions (such as coaching logs, feedback surveys, teacher surveys, and student surveys) and identify any issues that need more attention.
  • Enter or transfer data when dealing with several data systems, including our learning management system, Canvas, Monday.com, and Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Gather, arrange, and combine quantitative and qualitative information for reports and presentations.

Requirements:

A MUST HAVE QUALITIES

  • Experience performing office assistance, data entry, and secretarial work in a professional or office-related setting
  • Powerful communication abilities
  • Well-organized and meticulous in all that they do
  • Strong ability to manage time
  • hHgh level of competence with Microsoft and Google Suite products.

IDEAL STATISTICAL DETAILS

  • Familiarity with the K–12 educational setting
  • The advantages and benefits of Teaching Lab are not available to 1099 contractors.
  • A minimum of twenty (20) hours per week is provided for data entry and management consultants, with potential growth contingent upon business requirements. The quantity and nature of the service hours depend on the projects we have on hand as well as your availability.
  • Consultants have two business days from the time they are approached to accept a project.

The People & Culture division of Teaching Lab handles reference checks. Our third-party vendor Checkr and/or the state-specific criminal background check provider perform additional background checks.
