Responsibilities:

  • Enters, amends, and confirms patient referral data for use by all staff members into a variety of systems.
  • To guarantee correctness, checks and validates data submitted into the database.
  • promptly and effectively handles every fax.
  • Verifies that the right procedures are stated in medical scripts and referral documents.
  • efficiently notifies Center staff when further information is required to handle a request.

Requirements:

Minimum Education/Work History:

  • Experience in data entry and customer service for at least a year, preferably in the healthcare field
  • Excellent data entry speed and accuracy – more than 9,000 KSPH
  • meticulous, driven, able to solve problems on their own, and cooperative
  • Capacity to precisely and swiftly traverse various computer panels and browsers
  • the capacity to perform well in a fast-paced team setting
  • Capacity to consistently “exceed” business and client expectations
  • Excellent communication abilities and a polished manner

Qualifications and Education:

  • A minimum of a GED or a high school diploma is required; further study is advised.
