Responsibilities:
- Enters, amends, and confirms patient referral data for use by all staff members into a variety of systems.
- To guarantee correctness, checks and validates data submitted into the database.

- Verifies that the right procedures are stated in medical scripts and referral documents.
- efficiently notifies Center staff when further information is required to handle a request.

Requirements:
Minimum Education/Work History:
- Experience in data entry and customer service for at least a year, preferably in the healthcare field
- Excellent data entry speed and accuracy – more than 9,000 KSPH
- meticulous, driven, able to solve problems on their own, and cooperative
- Capacity to precisely and swiftly traverse various computer panels and browsers
- the capacity to perform well in a fast-paced team setting
- Capacity to consistently “exceed” business and client expectations
- Excellent communication abilities and a polished manner
Qualifications and Education:
- A minimum of a GED or a high school diploma is required; further study is advised.
