Responsibilities:
- Handles the processing, input, validation, and editing of private information. accountable for verifying information and data for even the smallest adjustments.
- Makes individual and/or bulk repairs, adjustments, and/or updates to data in files as necessary; creates, maintains, and removes certain data files and logs as needed.
- Complies strictly with established policies, processes, and/or regulations when extracting and releasing information; responds to inquiries about particular data from client departments and other parties as needed.
- Limited data analysis; may create and produce different reports.
- Other tasks as they come up.
Requirements:
Expertise:
- High school graduation or GED; an associate’s degree or some college recommended.
- 0–2 years minimum of experience in data entry and/or clerical work.
What we are trying to find:
- Familiarity with computers and proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- A minimum of 60 words per minute must be typed.
- Extreme precision and painstaking attention to detail.
- The capacity to operate autonomously with little guidance.
- Capacity to cooperate, adhere to procedures, function well in a team, and keep an optimistic outlook.
- The capacity to keep secrets and adhere to deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication abilities, as well as the capacity to modify communication style and approach for various audiences.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to interact professionally and successfully with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and at all organizational levels.
