Job Description: As an Azure Data Engineer, you will join the Managed Services Flex team to advise and deliver Azure data solutions that meet clients’ business needs. Working with top Microsoft professionals, you will help clients design, plan, and execute their business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to align IT with business needs
• Work across functional boundaries in a team environment
• Take ownership of delivery and work independently when needed
• Elicit requirements and map them to technical solutions
• Understand and work with various cloud strategies
• Build data pipelines and analytics solutions
• Create high-quality reporting metrics for clients and executives
• Utilize Azure DevOps and PaaS services
• Develop productive customer and team relationships

• Data storage technologies (SQL), scripting languages (SQL, Python, Scala)
• Data governance and creating data dictionaries
• Azure DevOps and PaaS services experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving, analytical, time management, and organizational skills

What Sets You Apart:

• Over four years of IT operations experience
• Previous IT consulting background (a plus)
• Experience with Azure Databricks, Azure Cognitive Services, Microsoft Fabric
• Knowledge of Automation and Infrastructure as Code concepts
• Proficiency in scripting languages (C#, DMX, DAX, MDX, SQL, T-SQL, Java, Scala, Python, PowerShell, R)
• Microsoft Azure Certifications related to Data and Analytics
